Error Code 101

• Cause: Activation server connection timeout
• Solutions:
  1. Check network connection
  2. Temporarily disable firewall
  3. Retry activation

Error Code 202

• Cause: Activation code already used
• Solutions:
  1. Confirm activation code is entered correctly
  2. Contact customer service for assistance

Registration Issues

Not receiving verification email

1. Check spam/junk folder
2. Confirm email address is correct
3. Wait 5-10 minutes
4. Try resending

Unable to log in to account

1. Ensure correct password is used
2. Try resetting password
3. Check if account is locked

Activation Limit

• Each license code can activate up to 3 devices
• Contact customer service to unbind if limit is exceeded
