15.3 Common Issues

Scanning and Indexing

• Confirm the file format is supported

Search

Face Recognition

• Adjust the face recognition threshold (Settings → AI Configuration)
• Ensure faces in photos are clear and well-lit
• Manually reassign incorrectly recognized faces
• Rebuild face grouping

Issue: The same person is divided into multiple entries

• Use the merge person feature
• Adjust the face grouping threshold (more lenient)
• Manually assign unclassified faces to existing people

Performance

Issue: The software runs slowly

• Close unnecessary background programs to free up memory
