Dear Lightedium Software User (hereinafter referred to as "You"), to facilitate your use of Lightedium Software (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), the App developer (hereinafter referred to as "We") will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Lightedium Software User Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"). This Policy applies to your access and use of the App through any means.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

To ensure the security of your use of the App and to improve your user experience, we will collect, use, and store the following information related to you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy the corresponding services provided by us:
- When you enable photo backup, you need to authorize the App to access permissions for photos, media content, and files on your device. Only with your consent to these permissions can you back up photos from your device to the Lightedium service endpoint you specify (i.e., the Lightedium service endpoint you deploy on your own NAS server). However, these permissions will not be enabled by default and will only be used for specific functions after your explicit authorization. You can revoke the authorization at any time. It is particularly important to note that even with your authorization, we will not collect your information when the relevant functions do not require it.

- Used for viewing photos, managing albums, backing up photos, and other functions that require login to use.
- (3) Exceptions to Obtaining Authorized Consent
We do not collect any other related personal information from you.

All personal information related to you is stored on the Lightedium service endpoint you specify.
4. How You Manage Your Personal Information
- (1) Viewing and Modifying Your Personal Information
After logging into the App, you can view or modify your user information in "More";
- (2) Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your account, please contact the administrator of the Lightedium service endpoint you are using. The administrator can delete your account and related data in user management.
5. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We strive to ensure the security of users' personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or public disclosure.

(1) To ensure the security of your information, we will use security protection measures that comply with industry standards under the relevant regulations of laws and current technological levels to protect the personal information you provide, and strive to prevent data from being accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged, or lost without authorization.

(2) When you use the App service, we will identify your identity through your Lightedium service endpoint, username, and password. Please keep the above information secure, including but not limited to using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing your Lightedium service endpoint address, account password, and related personal information to others. Once you disclose the above information, your account information may be leaked, and your personal rights may be infringed.

We hope that parents or guardians will guide minors in using our services. We will protect the confidentiality and security of minors' information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

If you are a minor, please have your parents or guardians read this Policy carefully and use our services or provide information to us only after obtaining their consent. If your guardian does not agree with you using our services or providing information to us as per this Policy, please immediately stop using our services and notify us so that we can take appropriate measures.
